Grapes were gently pressed to extract clean free run juice, which was handled carefully to retain fresh, zesty flavours. The clarified juice was gently fermented in stainless steel and the finished wines were left on light lees until blending.
A bright straw green with classic Semillon aromas of honeydew melon, citrus blossom and cut grass that are complemented by notes of guava and green apple from the Sauvignon Blanc. Fine and refreshing the Semillon provides richness and depth with fruit flavours of lemongrass and lime, while the Sauvignon Blanc offers layers of guava flavours and a fine finish. A refreshing wine that could be enjoyed with steamed mussels. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
