94 points - "I think I have around 100 bottles in the tasting pile at the moment, and I try to work through them in order of reception. However, it is a mark of the excitement around Yalumba (for me, at least) at the moment that I find myself reaching through the mass of glass to prioritise their labels when doing tastings.
Each time, I'm rarely disappointed, and I defy anyone to be aggrieved at buying this wine. Pure, refined Adelaide Hills Chardonnay, with elegant nectarine and creamy peach flavours with nutty, minerally compexity. The texture and weight of this wine is wonderful-light but authoritative- there's some really smart winemaking on show here. Even smarter is the price, for at $24 this is a real bargain. Don't miss this, it's a ripper."
