"Octavius has a reputation as one of Australia's best shiraz wines. This latest vintage, sourced from Barossa Valley vines up to 100 years old, is exceptional. Layers of black berry and plum fruit meld with a core of spice and peppery characters, the oak is perfectly balanced and the tannins fine and silky. Drink it with kangaroo fillet but the longer it stays in the bottle the better it will get."
